Omron G2R-2-SN DC24(S) General Purpose Relay, DPDT, 24 VDC, 5 A, G2RS Series, Socket, Non Latching. 

The G2R-2-SN DC24(S) is a general-purpose space saving power Plug-in Relay with built-in mechanical operation indicator. The G2RS series plug-in relay has DPDT environment-friendly (Cd, Pb free) contacts. AC type is equipped with a coil-disconnection self diagnostic function (LED type).
