Price announcement - Honeywell PMC

Honeywell process measurement and control department (PMC) has been committed to providing high-quality products and solutions for all users.

At present, our industry is experiencing a commodity crisis, which is largely caused by global supply chain disruption, logistics constraints and suppliers losing some of their productive capacity due to COVID-19. PMC business is facing a significant impact on the whole. Our direct material cost has increased by more than three times since the beginning of the year. The supplier has passed inflation to us, and our procurement team is trying to alleviate it. However, the actual impact is still far beyond the extent that the enterprise can absorb.

Under such circumstances, we have no choice but to partially adjust our strategy and make price adjustments of different ranges for PMC's field instruments, analytical instruments, modular control system, natural gas metering and pressure regulation, tank farm metering and other product lines and services from November 16, 2021, including the price adjustment of signed but not yet performed contracts and relevant international freight Adjustment of premium (if any). The specific adjustment of each product line will be provided by the customer manager and channel manager connected with you. As the global inflation situation changes, if the cost pressure eases, we will reassess the pricing structure in time to reflect the same situation.
